I'm temporarily based in Scotland, UK. Please be aware that postage to EU countries may be charged import duty.


Orders are sent as soon as possible.

  • Most orders are ready to send within a few days.

  • Trataka stands are usually in stock, ready to send.

  • Japa malas are custom made to order, allow a few days to make.

  • Yoga danda are sometimes in stock, but usually made to order, allow a week to make.

  • Bulk mala orders will take longer, please give maximum notice for large orders.


Dispatch Methods

Customers will usually have several options to choose from.

  • Registered, Irish postal service, with tracking number and insurance.
  • Regular, Irish postal service.
  • Custom delivery – I’ll check all prices including courier, email details to you and charge for postage separately.

Items under 2kg usually go by Irish post, either ‘Regular’ or ‘Registered. Items over 2kg may be cheaper by courier.

Please note: Regular Irish post has no tracking number or insurance, but is fine for 99% of small deliveries. If you have a high value parcel or are concerned the packet won't arrive, then please select 'Registered' or 'Custom delivery' so that your packet is insured.

Inner Eye Yoga cannot be held responsible for missing packets sent without insurance.


Postage Costs

The online shop automatically calculates postage cost for most destinations, which is quick and accurate for individual items.
However, for multiple items, it may be less accurate at calculating the exact weight and price. If you're not happy with the automatically calculated price, select ‘custom delivery - €0.00’ so I can check the weight and give you accurate prices and options.

If you feel there has been a miscalculation in your order, if postage seems incorrect, or if you'd prefer to contact me directly, then please feel free to email or phone. I’ll check options and may be able to recommend a cheaper or better service.


Guarantee and Returns Policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, please contact me to discuss.

If you’d like a refund, contact me as soon as possible and aim to return it unused and undamaged within 14 days of receipt. Contact me to discuss where to post it. Please remember to get proof of posting as I cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit. I won’t refund postage unless the goods are faulty. i.e. damaged, incorrect product etc. The product will either be replaced or you’ll be refunded for the goods.
